ound that trumpet tho, the Stanbic Jazz Festival (@JazzFestStanbic) is upon us and official like a referee whistle. 2/3 (the wit of it all) of the head line acts are on Zambian soil (let your eyes listen), Mr. “Guitar maestro extraordinary” Klugh (@earlklugh) at a press briefing yesterday arvo let the masses know the show will be of epic proportions and I was personally on had to welcome Baba Tuku at Kenneth

Kaunda International last night. Ladies keep clam and them draws on, the clique from Mzansi aka Mi Casa (@MiCasaMusic) will be crossing the Zambezi on Friday at high noon! The big hommie aka the referee of the situation “Captain” Perry Siame (@perry_siame) (Stanbic Head of Marketing & Communication) and the man manning the Misty ship “Mr. Jazz Fest” Ignatius Anayawa (Proprietor of the Misty Jazz)  have a message for the eager jazz fans and fest revelers. First things first, the artists are in so let the show begin. Tickets are selling and add selling fast, GET your pre sell tickets pronto (and act like you just got that pay cheque) from ALL Stanbic branches, The Misty Jazz Restaurant and Sounds outlets, that’s the second order of business. No it will not start on Zambian time, the band starts playing at 4pm CET/CAT, come by 3ree to avoid the hustle, there will be entertainment for hours and enough food and drink. Skip 4our, come in 5’s because it is a family show (air-mukwa ™ © na bana/na bafana), there will be no misbehaving because security is on no nonsense code red (ni mbama!). There will be a Dj to keep the lights blazing post the show. I assure I saw the situation with my

three ears and heard with my four eyes, there is a chair for every bum that has a ticket,

all the glitches from last year have been improved and worked on. The stage is up, the lights are on, don’t catch FOMO, filiechitka bane!
